Notable Solutions Inc. (NSi) www.nsiautostore.com is looking for an Order Processing Supervisor.
Job Summary
The Order Processing Supervisor assures the efficient operation of the sales order entry team and works with the CRM project team to implement process changes and assure the propriety of CRM data.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise Order Entry Administrator
Work with CRM project team to create a more efficient order entry and maintenance renewal process
Input approved discounts and monitor price overrides Create Reseller/ Distributor/ OEM Accounts as needed
Perform Order Entry as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Assist CRM project team with ongoing CRM record cleanup projects
Manage product catalogue as directed
Manage creation and modification of quote generators
Modify and distribute automated monthly/ quarterly/ yearly high-level business reports
Manage 3 rd party product ordering
Required Skills and Experience
BA preferred but not required
2-5 years working experience; minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
MicroSoft Dynamics CRM and Office Suite wth advanced Excel ability
Experience in software industry preferred
Order processing experience
Data entry and keyboard
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent temperament
Excellent customer service skills
