1987 Buick Regal Turbo T-Type WE-4 WE-2 Package in Rockville, MD

$8,600 1987 Buick Regal Turbo T-Type WE-4 WE-2 Package

I have an extremely rare 87 Buick Regal Turbo with console shift and burgundy interior with ttops. To those that don't know, could appreciate the fact that this is the fastest production car and highest horsepower vehicle GM had ever released during the entire 1980's. The corvette had over 100ft. lbs of torque less and even less horsepower. These cars are usually selling for around 15-20k easy and the GNX by far sells for next to 100k on ebay at any time... This specific model is Rarer than a Buick Grand National with the all-black out package (No Chrome) Chassis has about 120k. Engine and transmission were both rebuilt by fellow board member Steve V. from back home in Va Beach, and have less than 30k on them. This turbocharged and intercooled Car pulls nice and clean and until recently has never seen more than 12 psi. 15 psi with 0 knock and it runs right and shifts hard. Stock rebuilt turbo and older 3 inch dowpipe setup from ATR back when they were made of steel. Otherwise all stock. ALL rubber seals have been replaced, trunk hood, doors, ttops. New fresh White paint over the summer with paint matched bumpers. Brand new suspension (KYB Shocks struts and lowering springs from Kirban's GN Performance, from since the summer) Beautiful condition black center mesh GNX wheels (all 4 fronts) will include 2 rears. After the paint job, i replaced the carpet with ALL Black floor carpet with triple layer flack and water proofer - this has 1 layer of micronized kevlar that came from the factory and the carpet is literally OEM and is no longer made - and is a nice contrast since too much burgundy bothered me. Other than that, had the car for a long time and after about 12 years of ownership it might be time for a new home. Ive contemplated this but really at this point, posting this as a feeler to see what is a possibility. Steve V and many other people that know me can vouche for this ad and i have always babied the car. It had seen the track 1 time at MIR with a similar setup and ran a 12.4 on 295 rears at 14psi.. Car dynoed over 500 foot lbs of torque with a meth injection kit (not included) and 21 psi. Did the vaccuum break conversion years ago and there is a slight hissing leak in diaphram but still breaks fine. No unusual sites or sounds besides that. Since the tranny and engine rebuild it sat in storage until i could afford to drive it on occasion but now its just sitting in the garage. The car means alot to me and since my grandfather passed (who really loved riding in it) there is often a need to change and at this point it may be time. BTW- Steve V. did a remarkable job on both the trans and engine and the price i am asking of the car is literally the cost of the trans and engine rebuild.. You are getting a Posi-tracked White Grand National practically that would smoke most anything on the street in its current form and get near 28mpg on the highway. On Boost she's a monster but cruising, i get compliments all the time but right now, she needs a good home. I will not sell this to any kids who have no idea what they are doing, This car will put you around a tree if you dont know how to handle it. Mature individuals and collectors are welcome for a test drive. Car was appraised for 13.5 back in 2005 and im letting this go for a quick sale. This is the only white WE-4 package registered in Maryland or DC and there is only 1 other in Virginia.
