I have 1 Bed 1 Bath opening up in a spacious 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment. This is a corner apartment located in a 4th floor walk-up. Rent would be $852 plus half of the utilities, internet and cable. I am a 27 year old professional with two cats. I am not a neat freak, but I am asking for someone to be respectful of the common areas. While you are not obligated to be my new best friend, I am looking for someone who is social and friendly. I am very respectful of personal space, but prefer not to have a roommate who stays in their room 24/7.
